For this cohesive and functional private investment fund, Brigg’s completed their London office fit out bringing Liqui’s interior design vision to life with precision and expertise. This collaboration included bespoke furniture design and manufacture, procurement of additional furniture, lighting, curtains, and accessories, reframing of existing artwork, and bespoke joinery for cabinets, fixtures, and wall panels. Our asset management clients received a complete ‘concept to completion’ service, resulting in a fully finished, high-end office ready for immediate use.

The workspace design features a downstairs area with two blocks of bench desks, a small reception area, and a recessed kitchen. Adjacent to this is a relaxed meeting room and breakout area, separated by floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The upstairs area houses an executive private office and a combined boardroom, offering a sophisticated and functional environment for high-level meetings.

“Our clients can rely on our ‘concept to completion’ service to deliver a fully finished office design and build that is ready for them to move into and start work.”
Cameron Fry - Director Liqui Group

Liqui’s design studio and workshop created bespoke joinery and a variety of furniture, lighting, and fixtures, which were then installed by Briggs. In the upstairs executive office and boardroom, we crafted a custom desk in walnut veneer with an inset leather top. This desk includes a side drawer unit with a top that overlaps and floats above the main desk section. The centrepiece of the room is a bespoke boardroom table. Along one wall, we installed a row of sideboards with acoustic panelling above, featuring a long integral magazine rack. Opposite this is a unique memorabilia display case. All these items are custom-made for this interior and were expertly installed by our London office fit out team.

In the downstairs office area, Liqui’s bespoke desking system includes hidden cable trays secreted under removable desktop covers, similar to the executive desk and boardroom table upstairs, all assembled on sit by the Briggs team . Room dividers in the form of planters partially separate the desking area, accompanied by additional cabinets for file storage. The meeting room features a sofa, easy chairs, sideboards, and a coffee table, all designed and made by Liqui. We also re hung reframed existing artwork to align with the overall modern office design. All cabinets throughout the office are fully lockable to ensure the security of sensitive materials.

After approval, design intent drawings are produced for Briggs’ fit out team to work from. They undertake any demolition, office refurbishment, and decoration to the highest standard. Liqui’s craftspeople manufacture any custom furniture, lighting, and bespoke joinery elements required. Their fully equipped workshop facilities include a highly accurate CNC machine, an array of other joinery tools, and a large spray booth, and are also capable of creating steel structures and metal elements when needed. Liqui manages the procurement of any additional furniture, lighting, accessories, fixtures, and fittings specified by our interior designers. If any signage is needed, we either manufacture it ourselves or source it accordingly.

Brigg’s entire London office fit out process is carried out with unparalleled attention to detail—right down to the placement of the last accessory. The results are high-end office interiors designed and built to the specific requirements of each client. This private hedge fund office is a prime example of the bespoke service managed between Liqui and Briggs.
